Resident Evil 1 (PS) - Painting Puzzle in Crow Room

There are seven paintings in the room with the crows on the first floor of the mansion, all with switches beneath them. The switches must be pressed in a certain order or the crows will be alerted and will attack you. The order in which they must be pressed is as follows:

A painting of a Lively Boy
A painting of a Young Man
A painting of a Tired Middle Aged Man
A painting of a Bold-Looking Old Man
A painting titled "The End of Life"

Solving this puzzle will reward you with the Star Crest.
